I personally created a set of script books from the film <1917>. There is a screenplay in English and a translated Korean version. For the Korean screenplay, I translated it all myself.

The brown tones of the British military uniform worn in World War 1 was used as the main color for the books, and also used in the words which were emphasised for effect. A Serif font was used to increase readability, and a Sans Serif font was used to distinguish between the character’s name and instructions. For the illustrations, Halftone and pointillism effects were used to give the impression of engravings in the early 1900s.
